Dare to Lead™

Dare to Lead™ helps individuals, teams and organisations to become more aware about and develop a working climate that creates development, creativity, efficiency and effectiveness.

“I got new insights that will help me in my daily work and we as a team took a big step being more open and honest towards each other and we know what it means to be vulnerable.”

"All the parts were well presented and we had time to reflect on all parts in the discussions. The facilitators were very humble, open but also challenging. The two of them were a great combination. They also shared a lot of there own experiences, which helped me if I got stucked in my own confusion a long the way. At the end it was also great inspiration!"

"The workshop was really above expectations, it was so organized, connected, its like a thread or a circle which every thing is linked, I got to know more about my team, and started already to understand the reason behind the behaviors, thinking, I felt the energy of the team that each and everyone will bring in the store.  I came to know that we are all doing our best!"

Organisations are often good at measuring, following-up and evaluating losses in their production. However, what is seldom measured this way are bad relations or a toxic climate between people and how this influences the result. It is harder to measure but has huge consequences for the productivity.

It can be (unconscious) protective mechanisms such as power struggles, silo thinking, blaming the circumstances and talking ABOUT it each rather than WITH each other.

The programme is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston. She has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, and most recently completed a seven-year study on what makes a leadership courageous and in turn creates creative, efficient and effective workplaces.

The most significant finding from Brené Brown’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. Dare to Lead™ focuses on teaching these courage-building skills and creating a hands-on tool box.

Along with the individual and leadership development, this set up also develops and builds trust in the management teams and in the organisation.

The programme is built on videos with Brené Brown, especially made for Dare to Lead™, lectures and an interactive mix of group dialogues, coaching and self-reflection.
