Leadership development for the sales floor
A leadership development programme for managers who lead large groups in a customer- and/or staff-intensive environment on a daily basis. The programme gives the participants practical tools so that they can take responsibility for the conscious development of themselves, their employees and the business (and its customers!).
In the programme we use your natural environment for learning and training. We teach models that can be directly applied to your daily life, such as a coaching approach, the creation of effective dialogue and the building of trust.
We focus in particular on giving and taking feedback. This enables the creation of a culture where feedback is natural and undramatic and used daily for the continuous development of employees and operations.
